Possible Rudy Problems

A thought or two on Rudy G.

1.If he were president expect yet another scandal. Rudy when he was Mayor Rudolphus of New York, he surrounded himself with some seriously thuggish dudes (Bernard Kerik comes to mind) but also strangely really competent bright individuals like John Avlon, author of Independent Nation, one of the best radical middle books around.

2. Rudy is a go from the guts kinda guy--we have had eight years of a decider over a thinker. Obama has purposefully run as a cerebral motivator.

3. Rudy's lack of foreign policy cred AND his New Yorker brash style in the world of diplomacy after again 8 years of cowboyism.

And one other random question: is Gore going to run? Will Obama be his running mate?
